Dr Emad Zaki believes that diagnosing and treating childhood ailments starts with a healthy lifestyle that starts with a healthy diet and regular exercise Dr. Emad Zaki. It is important to manage stress, high blood pressure and cholesterol levels effectively before resorting to medication.

He believes that diagnosing, treating, and preventing heart disease in children should be done holistically. By managing the above-mentioned factors, you can prevent heart disease and its related conditions from developing into something more serious such as cardiovascular or Kidney disease, which can be fatal.

Zaki believes that nutrition plays an important role in all aspects of the body’s mechanisms and that it determines a child’s overall health and well-being, including his blood pressure, cholesterol level and blood sugar level. Zaki believes that the foods that we eat can help to keep the arteries clean and flexible and so make the heart stronger.

He believes that a well-balanced diet rich in fresh fruits and vegetables can keep children away from cardiovascular diseases and heart attacks. Zaki also suggests that a child’s diet should contain proteins and fibers which help the child’s skin to develop properly and reduce the risk of developing infections.

Pediatricians are concerned that modern diets are lacking in essential vitamins and minerals and that this can lead to serious illnesses such as diabetes, hypertension and obesity. The best diet for a child is one based on the child’s nutritional needs and one that are rich in fibre and other minerals. Dr Emad Zaki believes that a diet should comprise five to eight servings of fruits and vegetables per day and a lean protein diet consisting of chicken, fish, eggs and lentils.

Zaki also believes that children should be encouraged to take Vitamin D supplements during the winter months. He also advocates the benefits of a healthy sleep routine and recommended a variety of activities that should not be excluded from a child’s life, particularly those that keep children physically active.

Zaki also believes that children should not be deprived of education and says that reading should be the first major educational activity for a child in his or her life. He advocates the importance of breastfeeding and stressed the importance of keeping children engaged in meaningful activities. Zaki believes that if a child feels connected to his community, he will feel that he is in control of his health and future.

The doctor has received criticism over the last few years for some of his opinions. In a controversial article in the Wall Street Journal, Zaki was quoted as saying that the primary cause of childhood hypertension is poor diet. However, he defended his views saying that there are other factors such as exposure to toxins and negative media messages that can contribute to a child developing high blood pressure.

Zaki acknowledges the challenges faced by patients with this condition but says that it is important to remember that this can be overcome. He also states that medication can be effective in relieving the symptoms of hypertension but only if the condition is diagnosed early. Dr. Emad Zaki believes that his style of dealing with patients and being open about his medical background may help to instill a positive attitude in many people.
